Attempt #1 to make massextractor pull all zone dialog files to their appropriately-named .xml

Attempt #2, this one creates the resources\Dialog Tables folder and copies the dialog tables into it, as originally intended

Your patch is broken just so you know, a lot of the file creation lines end with:
.xml');
That needs to be a double quote. ( " )

Oh, I'd asked you that on IRC and you didn't respond, so I figured it was just the folder thing... here's the fix.
