Jaucribalx (Norg - SAM NPC)

This npc seems to have issues, have someone unable to obtain the quest to get the SAM AF head piece.

He is Lv75 SAM, has completed all other quests from the npc, and now the npc is trying to give him the quest to get SAM unlocked again. Now he also got the quest, again, to get the SAM Great Katana. But it will not give him the proper quest to start his AF helmet.
