Heh. I figured it out. I was checking the PlayOnline client, not FFXI. No wonder. ._.

Even after downloading and extracting the manual update linked in the wiki it STILL doesn't find anything! IDK.

I'm pretty sure I extracted it correctly, it had to overwrite files.

I did at the outset, went back and did it again, still won't! Is it possible it's already there? I kinda don't think so...

I had to edit the info in the config to get to the server but apparently it's down right now when I check the roster, so maybe that's part of the problem. Still can't get the files to repair.

I've been trying to get the game installed and can't get it to find anything when I check files so there's no repair option. I deleted 0.dat and it still doesn't find anything wrong with it. Besides that, when I tried to log in to the server via Ashita it just brings up a command prompt and doesn't ...
